of first class production and post production services, both
on site and through its long term relationships with service
providers all over the country. The studio lot is home to
a number of specialist companies fully equipped with the latest
camera, sound and lighting equipment providing all necessary
services with full 24-hour back up. These include rushes viewing,
transfers, editing, and dubbing. Other available services

CINE ELECTRIC
Cine Electric has been Ireland's premier lighting company
for over 20 years and is conveniently situated on the Ardmore
lot. The company is busy year round providing equipment and
services for film, TV and commercial clients.
Cine Electric offer a full range of lighting equipment and
generators for sale or hire as well as transport, consultancy
and installation services.
The company has recently set up a new department to cater
to the demand for TV studio lighting consultancy and offer
a comprehensive service in association with Arri G.B. one
of the world's largest lighting equipment manufacturers for
which Cine Electric are the main agents in the Republic of
Ireland.
Cine Electric are also the certified distributors and installers
of ETC Dimming and Control Systems.

Panavision Inc. is a designer, manufacturer and supplier
of high-precision camera systems, comprising cameras, lenses
and accessories for the motion picture and television industries.
The company's relationship with producers, directors and cinematographers

Ardmore offers a complete consultancy service on all aspects
of film financing, budgeting, co-production and tax relief
schemes.
WORLD 2000
World 2000 Entertainment Limited is a privately held Irish
registered company formed in 1994 to develop, produce and
distribute feature and television entertainment for the global
market. While a relatively new company, the promoters have
between them fifty years of experience in the American, European
and Australian film and television industries.
The company has access to the Irish tax incentive program
(Section 481) and has been responsible for securing finance
and providing production services to productions such as Braveheart,
Moll Flanders, Scarlett, The
Old Curiosity Shop, Angela's Ashes, Reign
of Fire and The Count of Monte Cristo and other
Irish co-produced projects.

METROPOLITAN
James Flynn set up Metropolitan Films in June 1997 with Juanita
Wilson. Previously, James worked as Business Manager of the
Irish Film Board. Responsibilities involved the analysis of
feature film and television drama projects for development
and production finance loans. Projects include Pat O'Connor's
Circle of Friends, Some Mother's Son, Nothing Personal, Guiltrip
and Trojan Eddie. He has since worked on numerous productions
including Sweety Barrett, Sunset Heights, Nora and most recently
H3 and Neil Jordan's Double Down.
James has formed a strategic alliance with Morgan O'Sullivan's
World 2000 to provide Executive/Co-Production services to
incoming productions. These include Her Own Rules and A Secret
Affair for CBS, Not Afraid, Not Afraid (Cinerenta), directed
by Annette Carduici, An Everlasting Piece (Dreamworks), Bobbie's
Girl (Showtime), Yesterday's Children (CMP) starring Jane
Seymour, The Count of Monte Cristo (Disney) and most recently
Reign of Fire which was shot in Ireland this spring starring
Matthew McConaughey, Christian Bale and directed by Rob Bowman.

FILM ENGINEERING SERVICES
Based at the studios for eight years, Film Engineering Services
is a vastly experienced special effects company, which has
been involved in almost all Ardmore-based productions. Their
credits include Oliver Twist, The Matchmaker, I Went Down,
The Fifth Province and The Van. The company's studio equipment
includes two fire tenders, wind and smoke machines, rain rigs,
steam generators, filters and pumps, fire bars and rigs, water
heaters and snow equipment. Ardmore has access to a full industrial
water supply.
DHB SCAFFOLDING
Recently based at Ardmore, DHB meets all of the studio's
rigging requirements with a stock of aluminium towers and
steel decks large enough to cope with several productions
at once.
STUDIO ADMINISTRATION
Based in offices at the main studio gate, Managing Director
Kevin Moriarty and his team are always on hand to deal with
your queries, minimise your problems and help you in every
way.
